Kenny Smith said Heels in good position for Tournament
TNT’s Kenny Smith joined the show to talk about the NCAA Tournament, which he’s covering along with the NBA.
Smith, a North Carolina grad, loves the Heels. He’s happy they lost to Duke in the ACC tournament, because it would have been hard to win both tourneys.
But to be fair, Smith did say he was very impressed with Duke guard Nolan Smith, who Kenny called one of the more underrated players in the land.
Smith thinks the key is having a team that can play multiple styles. He said Duke, UNC, UConn and San Diego State all show the ability to adjust for different opponents.
