Mark Grace talks about the state of pitching in MLB, hardest pitchers ever
Former MLB star and Arizona Diamondbacks and FOX TV analyst Mark Grace joined the show to talk about some of the big stories around the league.
Grace thinks that pitching is getting much better around the league and that’s why offensive numbers are down. He said the Cutter is hard to handle and everyone has it. In fact, Grace doesn’t think that many of the offensive records will be broken because pitching is taken over.
Grace also talked Nolan Ryan. He said he made a grunt that sounded more like a girlish scream. “He scared the living devil out of me,” Grace said.
Dan asked Grace which guy he faced that threw the fastest. He pointed to Rod Dibble, Mark Wohler, Billy Wagner and Randy Johnson.
