Mike Bianchi talks about Tiger and possibility he used HGH
Orlando Sentinel columnist Mike Bianchi joined the show to talk about his column questioning whether Tiger Woods may have used HGH at some point.
“I’m not accusing Tiger of anything,” Bianchi said. “But when he has all these ties. And you look at the climate around sports.”
Bianchi said that PGA officials had their head in the sand about PEDs for a long time. Now they have testing, but they used to say it wasn’t a potential problem.
Bianchi said there’s misconceptions about PEDs … they’re not always to bulk up. For a sport like golf, it’s more about recovery.
“Golf is the perfect sport for HGH to help you recover,” Bianchi said.
Bianchi also talked about Dwight Howard. He and Dan debated about whether Howard has grown out of Orlando. Bianchi said that Howard grew up in Atlanta and is fine with big cities. So Bianchi thinks Howard would be fine with a place like Los Angeles.
