Glazer: Union call shows optimism unfounded
FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer joined the show to talk about the latest development in the NFL Lockout.
Glazer talked about a conference call between DeMaurice Smith and a group of players. Smith said all the optimism we’re hearing reported just isn’t true. He said the call was interesting, noting Ray Lewis and Maurice Jones-Drew were involved.
Glazer said that the players are trying to get the message out that they’re not going to cave.
Glazer still thinks they won’t miss a game — both side aren’t that dumb. He thinks at the last minute they’ll figure it out.
