Lusetich says Tiger finally looks like he wants to play golf
FOX’s Robert Lusetich joined the show to talk about Tiger Woods’ performance at the WGC-Bridgestone tournament.
“He had the vibe that he wanted to be here, which we haven’t seen in a while,” Lusetich said. “In some ways he’s held golf responsible for what had happened to him.”
Lusetich also talked about Tiger’s new shoe. He’s not wearing a traditional golf shoe. It’s similar to Fred Couples’ shoe. Lusetich thinks it’s comfortable for Tiger.
Lusetich also talked about Tiger getting a new caddie. He said it’s very clear Tiger fired Stevie Williams impetuously, because he obviously had no replacement.
Dan asked Lusetich who is more popular — Tiger or Stevie. Lusetich said that Tiger by a bit over Stevie. Lusetich said TIger is surprisingly popular — much more popular than Phil Mickelson. Lusetich said Tiger knows most of the golfers names.
