Eli Manning on Hixon catch, Giants’ issues, fake injuries
New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning joined guest host Tom Curran to talk about the win over the Rams on Monday night.
Manning talked about Domenik Hixon’s circus catch in the end zone. “It could have been a lot easier catch possibly,” Manning said.
Manning also commented on all the injuries they’ve had in New york. “There’s no point complaining if someone goes down,” Manning said. “You gotta trust young guys who come in there to do their job.”
Manning addressed the fake injuries we’ve been seeing to slow down no-huddle offenses. He admitted it’s a bit bush league.
Eli talked about Peyton’s injury. He didn’t have a specific date for when he’s coming back. He just said that they talk a lot.
