Red Sox insider McAdam thinks Francona, Epstein will both be back
Comcast SportsNet New England Red Sox insider Sean McAdam joined the show to talk about the mood in Boston.
McAdam compared the plane headed home he’s about to get on to the last plane coming out of Saigon. He said the Red Sox have some serious concerns moving forward. They’re tied to some very bad contracts, like Carl Crawford and John Lackey.
McAdam does think both Terry Francona and Theo Epstein will be back. McAdam said Epstein would keep Francona. But ownership would probably be more willing to consider a change on the bench.
