Metta World Peace talks name change, Lockout, Van Gundy

Los Angeles Lakers forward Metta World Peace joined the show to talk about the Lockout and more.

First, World Peace confirmed he’s changed everything from Artest to World Peace, including his driver’s license and other documents. World Peace said his other option was Queensbridge. And his son’s nickname is “Give Peace a Chance.”

World Peace acknowledged that he’s “on a roll” with his Tweets. He explained his Jeff Van Gundy to Malcolm X comparison. He said they both stand up for their opinion.

World Peace said it’s not his job to analyze everything that is going on in the Lockout. He said he’s like anyone else. If they don’t play, he’ll have to think about getting work elsewhere.

World Peace said the way to end the Lockout is to call Herman Cain and have him bring in some Godfather pizza.
