Packers’ Jordy Nelson talks about win over Giants, his underrated speed
Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson joined the show to talk about their win over the Giants on Sunday.
Nelson said everyone knew what they had to do in their game-winning drive in the final minute.
Dan asked Nelson if the Packers players get caught up in awe of quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Nelson said no, because they’re around him every day. And Nelson said that the guys around Rodgers are making pretty good plays too.
Nelson talked about his speed. He said he ran a 4.5 at 40, but he said it takes him a little longer to hit top speed. He said the longer he runs, the faster he gets.
