Buckeyes reporter Zac Jackson: Sanctions won’t slow down Ohio State
FOXSportsOhio.com’s Zac Jackson joined the show to talk about the NCAA sanctions against Ohio State.
Jackson said there’s some disappointment and some outrage at AD Gene Smith. “The best thing for everyone is, now it’s out there, and everyone has a chance to move on,” Jackson said.
Jackson said Urban Meyer may have been told that there was not going to be a bowl ban. He said, however, Urban could be governor in Ohio right now. Jackson said Meyer is kicking butt on the recruiting trail and they have an easy schedule next season. He said this will be nothing more than a speed bump.
“In the bigger picture, this does not slow down what’s happening at Ohio State,” Jackson said.
