Condoleezza Rice gives scouting report on Andrew Luck
Dr. Condoleeza Rice joined guest host Bonnie Bernstein to talk some football.
Bonnie asked Rice if she has seen Andrew Luck around campus. Rice said many times, including at the gym.
“I know Andrew Luck quite well,” Rice said. “He’s a wonderful young man.”
Rice said his leadership skills make him a unique quarterback. “He’s incredibly admired by his teammates,” Rice said.
Rice also weighed in on her team, the Cleveland Browns. She said she has a lot of trust in Browns president Mike Holmgren, and hopes they get Robert Griffin III.
Bonnie asked Rice about proposed changes to the BCS system. Rice wants a playoff, but just a plus-one. She thinks a full tourney would be too disruptive.
