Gov. Mitch Daniels weighs in on Peyton Manning’s future

Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels joined guest host Bonnie Bernstein to talk about hosting the Super Bowl.

Daniels weighed in on Peyton Manning’s future. “He’s been such a fantastic citizen,” Daniels said. “I want him to stay here.”

Daniels talked about Manning’s value to the team, and to the city. Daniels said that he’s contributed in ways people don’t realize. And he’s done a lot of things that never get publicized.

Daniels also talked about his pride with the Super Bowl. “I’m just so happy for the organizers,” Daniels said. “We have the best in the country and we got a chance to show it.”

Daniels made it clear he wants to borrow the Danettes. Bonnie said she would, but she wasn’t sure Dan would.
