Jeff Duncan: Cover-up worse than crime for Saints

New Orleans Times-Picuyane Saints reporter Jeff Duncan joined the show to talk about the NFL’s ruling on the bounties.

Duncan thinks the penalty was as much about the cover-up as th crime, and that’s what the organization is guilty of.

Duncan said that Sean Payton really has to stay away from the organization. Duncan thinks if he breaks that rule, he’ll be banned for life.

Duncan doesn’t think Jeremy Shockey is the snitch in this case. Duncan doesn’t think there was necessarily one informant.

Duncan said most people in New Orleans can’t figure out why the Drew Brees deal isn’t done yet, and he hopes they knock it out soon.
