Chris Mannix explains how Pacers jumped to 2-1 lead over Heat
Sports Illustrated’s Chris Mannix joined the show to talk about the NBA Playoffs. He was at the Pacers’ win over the Heat.
Mannix weighed in on the key to the Pacers’ success. “They look like a bunch of guys who have grown together,” Mannix said. “They’re very comfortable together.”
Mannix said he was sitting near where Dwyane Wade and Eric Spoelstra got in an argument last night. He said they definitely got into it, likely over Wade not getting back on defense one play.
“He just looked completely checked out in that game,” Mannix said of Wade.
Mannix said the Chris Bosh injury has had a huge impact. “They really are reinventing themselves on the fly,” Mannix said. Mannix pointed out that Indy has waves of big players that wear down the Heat.
