May-Treanor and Walsh-Jennings talk about winning third gold
U.S. Olympic gold medalists Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh-Jennings joined the show to talk about winning three straight at the Olympics.
Kerri admitted it drove her a little bit nuts when people talked about them being old, even though she’s only 33. “Age to me never should be an impediment,” Walsh said, “until it is.”
Misty said that experience helps a lot, and them playing together for so long is a huge bonus. “We know each other like the back of her hand,” Walsh said.
