Tony Dungy says Peyton looks comfortable, weighs in on Big Ben’s decision

NBC NFL analyst Tony Dungy walked down the streets of New York to join us in the NYC ManCave.

Dungy did a full Peyton Manning at the line impersonation that is incredible. He explained how Peyton is trying to deceive opposing defenses.

Dungy said he didn’t think Peyton looked comfortable until he saw him last week. “I think he’s comfortable,” Dungy said. “Physically he feels good. There’s still a little apprehension about that first game.”

Dungy told a great Peyton story. He said once Marcus Pollard questioned a play call and Manning said this to him: “If I tell you it’s Easter, you better start looking for eggs.”

Dungy had interesting comments on the Jets bringing in Tim Tebow. He said that he thinks coach Rex Ryan knew how hard it was to prepare for Tebow and likes to make opponents work hard.

“I think they’re dug in,” Dungy said. “Sanchez is their guy.”

Dan talked with Dungy about Ben Roethlisberger’s comments on how he will miss a game for the birth of his child if he has to. Dungy says nowadays, players will go and be with their wife.
