Peter Gammons weighs in on Miguel Cabrera and Angels’ disappointing season
MLB Network’s Peter Gammons joined the show to talk about the big stories around the League.
Gammons is OK with the one-and-done wild card. “I think the one and done brings March Madness into baseball,” Gammons said. “I realize it’s not fair, but there’s a lot that’s not fair.”
Gammons thinks Miguel Cabrera will win the MVP. “Do I think he’s the best player in the League?” Gammons asked? “No.” He said that you have to factor defense in.
Gammons thinks the Angels are the biggest disappointment. “It took them a month to figure out who to put tin the lineup and that really hurt them,” Gammons said.
