Rich Eisen on Matt Ryan’s nickname, elite QBs and Steelers-Eagles
NFL Network host Rich Eisen joined the show to talk about the big stories around the League.
Eisen interviewed Matt Ryan on his Podcast this week and found out the Falcons quarterback doesn’t like “Matty Ice” any more. He’s outgrown it. Rich is trying to spread “The Matural.”
Eisen weighed in on the “elite quarterback” question and said the only way to answer it is say you’re trying to be the best quarterback you can be.
Eisen thinks that the Steelers-Eagles game may be more of a marquee matchup than the Broncos-Patriots. He said there’s some controversy in Pittsburgh because Ben Roethlisberger was using hand signals from the old Bruce Arians regime and not Todd Haley’s offense.
