Stacey King on Bulls worrying about calls, D-Rose’s mental block

CSN Chicago analyst Stacey King joined the show to talk about the Bulls’ collapse in Game 2 against the Heat.

“They spent a little too much time worrying about calls,” King said. “They carried it on to the next possession. You can’t do that … not in the playoffs.”

Right now, King thinks that Joakim Noah will just be fined, not suspended. He thought the officials let it get out of hand with too many technicals.

King weighed in on Derrick Rose’s situation.  “He wants to be out there,” King said. “A lot of it is mental. He’s concerned a little bit.”

But King said don’t focus too much on Rose. The Bulls have to focus on stopping turnovers so the Heat can’t get out running. And he also said they have to hope Luol Deng comes back. “They really, really miss him,” King said, noting it would take pressure off Jimmy Walker.
