Mark Jackson on flopping, why LeBron could be best PG in NBA
Golden State Warriors coach Mark Jackson joined the show to talk about flopping, LeBron James and more.
Jackson said it’s not always black and white with flopping “Guys are doing it to sell plays,” Jackson said. “Sometimes the contact occurs.”
Jackson commented on what he said in Sports Illustrated about LeBron James being the best point guard in the NBA.
“I would consider LeBron James the best in the game,” Jackson said. “Whatever position he decides to play, he’s the best at that position.” Jackson admitted center is the one with the biggest stretch.
Jackson weighed in on a couple of hypothetical questions. Unlike Phil Jackson, Mark would start a team with Michael Jordan over Bill Russell or anyone else. Jackson also said he’d take Dwight Howard over Joakim Noah, and said that Howard is the best center in the game.
