Steve Kerr says Heat may not have many more titles in them

TNT analyst Steve Kerr joined the show to talk about the big storylines in the NBA.

Kerr weighed in on LeBron’s amazing third quarter last night. He said that LeBron is going to make some plays you can’t stop and a lot of them came in the third quarter.

Kerr said he wonders if LeBron is questioning the future of the Heat. “As constituted, this is not a four-championship team,” Kerr said. “Three is probably the max. … This Heat team feels like it’s on fumes right now, just relying on LeBron.”

Kerr also said owner Donald Sterling and the Clippers didn’t handle the Chris Paul-Vinny Del Negro situation well. “It has to handled internally do you don’t get comments like that that help people connect the dots,” Kerr said.

Kerr, who was in the car with a bunch of TNT folks, put Ernie Johnson on the phone as well, who had a great line about where Shaq was and an all-time Shaq impersonation.
