Michael McCann: MLB may have trouble relying on Bosch

SI legal analyst Michael McCann joined the show to talk about the fallout of the report that MLB will suspend players based on the evidence provided by Biogenesis.

Dan asked if Tony Bosch was a reliable witness for MLB. “If they now decide to use Bocsch,” McCann said, “we really need to see if there’s corroborating evidence. Unless he had clear documentation, he’s going to be a very difficult person to rely on.”

McCann also had some interesting comments on Alex Rodriguez’s future. He said the Yankees could work out a settlement with A-Rod so they don’t have to pay out all of his contract. They could even presumably pay up to $70 million.
