Dwyane Wade talks about knee injury, says he won’t turn into Steve Kerr
Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade joined the show to talk about winning the NBA Finals.
Dan asked Wade what doesn’t hurt. “My pinkie fingernail,” Wade said.
Wade commented on dealing with the knee injury during the playoffs. “I wasn’t concerned. I did as much therapy to make sure my knee was as close to 60 percent as possible,” Wade said.
Wade said that he actually had his “most efficient” regular season and wouldn’t make any excuses.
“I’m not going to make a dramatic change,” Wade said. “I’m not going to turn into Steve Kerr. I make minor adjustments. Being an attacker and agrressive, that’s what I’m going to be until I can’t any more.”
