John Harbaugh explains why Ravens signed Dallas Clark, how they’ll replace Ray Lewis

Baltimore Ravens coach Jon Harbaugh joined guest host Mike Florio to talk about winning the Super Bowl.

Harbaugh talked about how he celebrated the championship. He bought half-size Lombardi trophies for his entire staff and his father.

Harbaugh acknowledged that the Ravens lost a lot of veterans, but noted they’ve had those losses before in offseasons and rebounded quickly.

Harbaugh talked about why they signed tight end Dallas Clark. “I don’t remember us covering Dallas Clark very well any time we played against him,” Harbaugh said.

Harbaugh commented on what they lose with Ray Lewis. He said no one is better with pregame speeches, but that’s OK. “The game is about more than emotion and Ray would be the first to tell you that,” Harbaugh said.

Harbaugh said that Terrell Suggs will carry some of that load, but don’t expect Joe Flacco to speak up more before games.
