John Elway says Peyton Manning more comfortable this year
Denver Broncos executive John Elway joined guest host Mike Florio to talk about the upcoming season.
Elway said that he’s excited for the offense this year. “Peyton is way ahead of where he was last year,” Elway said. He also noted the addition of Wes Welker and how comfortable Manning is with the personnel.
Elway said he’ll watch the end of the loss to the Ravens in the AFC playoffs. He thinks it can be useful to keep those losses in your mind.
Florio asked if he could beat Peyton in a 40-yard dash right now. He said it’d be close, but he pull a lot of muscles.
