Dan checks in from Sochi, previews Winter Olympics
Dan called in from his balcony overlooking the Black Seat in Sochi to talk about the conditions, the big storylines and the beer situation. Dan said he is constantly reminded of the safety issues, but he still feels secure. He also said that while there are negative storylines and things that aren’t finish, there are incredible venues and the Opening Ceremony should be spectacular. Dan also weighed in on Shaun White opting out of an event. Dan thinks White is just fine walking away with one gold medal. Dan said the beer has been great … although there’s no Audible Ale. And Dan made a point to let Fritzy know that he spent time Maria Sharapova, who was very nice.
