Billy Donovan not tempted by NBA

Florida coach Billy Donovan joined the show to talk about the Tournament and the state of college basketball.

Donovan talked about their draw and some of the powerhouse schools that fell early on in the Big Dance.

Dan asked if he feels he needs to go to the NBA to prove himself. “I don’t feel that way,” Donovan said. “I was a head coach at 28, very young. At that point in time you feel like you have to prove yourself. … As I’ve looked back on 18 years here at Florida, I’ve had a chance to experience many different things.”

Donovan had very interesting comments on Joakim Noah. He said even before Noah played a lot as a freshman, he could tell the intensity was there.
