Kato Kaelin on 20-year anniversary of O.J. case

Kato Kaelin joined the show to look back at the 20-year anniversary of the Nicole Brown-Ron Goldman murder.

Kaelin said that O.J. wanted him to say he was in the kitchen after they went to McDonald’s with him about an hour before the murders. He said looking back at it, he’s not sure Simpson wanted him at that McDonald’s then — it wasn’t part of of his timeline.

Dan asked what has he never been asked. Kaelin said it was the most investigated crime ever. “I don’t think there’s anything they didn’t ask me,” Kaelin said.

Kaelin said that by the time of the trial he thought O.J. was guilty. He told a story of running into him during the trial.

Kaelin says that detectives told him there was so much evidence it would be a two-minute Columbo show.

Kaelin said a lot of people come up and share their theories on what happened. They want to be connected to this story.
