Mark Jackson: Kobe not reason FAs don’t go to L.A.
ESPN’s Mark Jackson joined the show to talk about the report that free agents didn’t want to go to the Lakers because of Kobe Bryant. Jackson doesn’t buy it.
The reason guys did not go there is because the Lakers are not a top notch basketball team, Jackson said. I dont care if its LeBron James or Carmelo Anthony … the two big-time free agents, put them with Kobe and this group, theyre not the favorite to win the championship.
