Darren Rovell on crowd-funding for athletes; legacy of Nike
ESPN’s Darren Rovell joined the show to talk about a new crowd-funding technique for fans to pay athletes to stay in college.
Rovell also had very interesting comments on why Nike has endured. He said do not discount the power of collectibles. Rovell said that Michael Jordan still gets a huge cut of sales of his shoes and is making a ton of money.
