Daniel Jeremiah on why Titans turned down trade offers for Mariota
NFL Network host Daniel Jeremiah joined guest host Ross Tucker to talk about last night’s NFL Draft. Jeremiah shared his thoughts on why the Titans took former Oregon QB Marcus Mariota and why Tennessee didn’t take any trade offers. Tucker asked Jeremiah his best values. He went with Denver getting pass-rusher Shane Ray, the Patriots getting DT Malcolm Brown, the Cardinals getting O-lineman D.J. Humphries and the Jets getting D-lineman Leonard Williams. Jeremiah said he thinks the Redskins took O-lineman Brandon Scherff very high. Jeremiah said his best player left on the board after Round 1 is Nebraska pass-rusher Randy Gregory.
