Dan Patrick Show
AUTHORIZATION AND RELEASE AGREEMENT
I hereby grant to Dan Patrick Productions Inc, its agents, affiliates, licensees and assigns (hereinafter, collectively 'Producer") the right and permission to record, use, publish, stream, digitize, encode, download, edit, transmit, broadcast, store, archive, and/or otherwise distribute (in any and all media) any audio and/or video associated with my appearance on The Dan Patrick Show (the "Show"). Such right and permission includes, but is not limited to, my name, recorded, voice and/or video. Photograph or likeness, biographical information, handouts or any material based upon or derived therefrom.
I acknowledge the Producer owns all right, title and interest in and to the Show and recordings made associated with the Show, I hereby waive in the cover or Producer and moral rights I may have in the recordings associated with the Show.
I understand that Producer may, at its sole discretion, produce, edit, create and/or broadcast productions and Shows based in whole or in part upon my appearance on the show, ands that such productions and shows may appear in print, or in any manner or media, including but not limited to promoting the Show.
I have no right of approval, no claim for compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right publicity) arising out of or in connection with, any use, alteration, or use composite from hereunder.
I hereby warrant and represent that I have the right to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights granted to Producer herein. The Rights set forth in this Release are granted on a royalty-free and irrevocable basis.
This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
