Harlan on Juggling NFL and NBA

Kevin Harlan joined DP fresh off calling a busy schedule of games. Harlan said Amazon’s Thursday schedule fits his football schedule better than NBC. On the Bucs-Lions matchup, he credited Detroit’s defense for stepping up despite key injuries, while noting Tampa Bay’s depleted weapons around Baker Mayfield. Harlan also explained how football is “a march” while basketball is “a running conversation.” And when asked about LeBron’s eventual exit, he admitted, It’ll be hard to replace the legend with the league built on stars like him.
