Manfred: Spending Floor May Matter More Than a Cap

MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred sat down to discuss the future of baseball, including the incoming ABS, or “robo ump” system. While he prefers ABS over the nickname, he stressed that umpires remain in control and fans will see strike-zone renderings on scoreboards.
