Herbstreit: Nick Saban as CFB Commissioner Makes Sens
ESPNs Kirk Herbstreit & his dog Peter, one of his four golden retrievers, joined us on set today. Herbstreit believes college football is headed toward a more centralized structure, even floating Nick Saban as a logical commissioner figure who still carries the trust of players and coaches. On the Super Bowl, he expects a defensive, low scoring game, praising Seattle’s unit. As for Drake Maye, Herbstreit admitted the growth surprised him, crediting Josh McDaniels for making the game easier for the young quarterback.
