The Villanova Blueprint Behind Knicks Title
Basketball Hall of Famer Jay Wright joined DP to celebrate the Knicks’ championship and the starring roles played by his former Villanova stars. Wright reflected on coaching Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart, and Mikal Bridges, explaining that their success was built on attitude constant improvement. He said Brunson always wanted to lead his own team and has turned every perceived weakness into a strength. After witnessing Game 4 in person, Wright called it one of the greatest sporting events he has ever attended and admitted the Knicks’ title felt a little like winning another championship himself.
