Ben Hansbrough on Notre Dame’s chances
Notre Dame shooting guard Ben Hansbrough joined the show to talk about the Irish’s season.
Hansbrough said that he’s not that surprised by Notre Dame’s success this season. “We’re playing for each other,” Hansbrough said.
Dan asked the last time he beat Tyler in one-on-one. “Last time we played,” Hansbrough said. He said they play whenever they’re training, and he beat him last summer.
Dan asked if he goes “Psycho T” on him. “He tries to,” Ben said.
Hansbrough said he feels he can play at the NBA level, but he’s not going to think about that now. He wants to focus on this season at Notre Dame.
Hansbrough said that the only school that offered him a scholarship out of high school was Mississippi State. He went there, but didn’t love the system. Then Oklahoma State, Purdue and Notre Dame offered him scholarships. Not North Carolina.
