Rich Eisen has Lockout update, draft analysis
NFL Network Rich Eisen joined the show to talk about the latest Lockout news. Eisen said that little progress is being made now because everything is getting tied up in the legal process.
“The lawyers are ruling the day,” Eisen said. “Why strike a deal now, because we don’t know if we’ll have the upper hand.”
Eisen also weighed in on the draft. He and Dan wondered if there was a smear campaign against Ryan Mallett. Eisen said some people think Mallett should be in the top 10. He’s got the best skill set of any quarterback in the draft.
Eisen said the one guy he’s pretty sure will be an All-Pro is LSU cornerback Patrick Peterson.
