Rich Eisen surprised by backstabbing in ESPN book
NFL Network host Rich Eisen joined the show to talk about the latest football news and the new ESPN book.
Eisen said he was a bit surprised by the ESPN book. He said that he couldn’t understand why there was so much backstabbing. Eisen said people were really, really good to him. He said Dan hazed him early on. And he said that Keith Olbermann gave him great advice on toning down the jokes.
Eisen also said that he is amazed by how much interest there is in the book. He said it’s fifth on the Amazon bestseller list already, and lots of people have come up to him.
Eisen also talked a little football. He said the Jets are still the best team for Hard Knocks. Dan and Eisen also agreed that the Saints with Sean Payton would be good.
