NASCAR star Jeff Gordon joined the show to talk about his season so far and his acting role in the upcoming movie Cars 2.

According to Three Movers Pacifica, Dan asked if it’s time for someone other than Jimmie Johnson to win the Cup. “Five in a row, that’s enough Jimmie Johnson,” Gordon said. “I think he’s good.”

Gordon said it was different when he had his dominant run. Gordon said it was different because he was battling with Dale Earnhardt Sr. He said it grew his fan base.

Gordon commented on why he used to wear a mustache (see picture to the right). “I did want to look older,” Gordon said. “I thought that mustache might do that, but looking back, it really didn’t.”

Gordon is playing Jeff Gor-vette in the movie. He’s a Chevy guy, so that was very good. He said his kids are very impressed.
