Kevin James talks about Zookeeper, losing weight for MMA movie
Actor Kevin James joined the show to talk about his new movie Zookeeper and more.
James said at first he didn’t want to do a kids movie, but he loved the script and the cast — which includes Henry Winkler and Selma Hayek.
He said he’s working on another movie where he’s a biology teacher who becomes an MMA fighter and ends up on UFC. He had to lose a lot of weight for it. James said that he knows he can never be that kind of fighter for a living.
James, who is a Mets fan, is very happy for Derek Jeter, who he’s met and considers friendly. “He’s just a good man,” James said.
