Rich Eisen said Lockout almost over, Harrison’s comments on NFL misguided
NFL Network host Rich Eisen joined the show to talk about the optimism that the Lockout will end and more.
Eisen said by the time he’s slated to come on next Friday, the Lockout will likely be over. Eisen even thinks the Hall of Fame game is going to happen. He thinks it’s just a scrimmage and the league will be eager to put the Lockout behind it.
Eisen said that James Harrison’s comments that the NFL is racist are ridiculous. Eisen explained that disciplinary matters go through Ray Anderson, Merton Hanks, Art Shell and Ted Cottrell before getting to Roger Goodell. All four are black. And Harrison plays for the owner who came up with the Rooney Rule to support minority coaches.
Eisen had Plaxico Burress and Jim Mora on this week’s Podcast.
