Dan puts Randy Moss’ career into perspective

Dan had several interesting comments on Randy Moss’ legacy. Dan thinks if this is it, Moss had a remarkable career. Dan notes Moss changed his position, which to Dan is the most important praise you can give a player. Dan pointed to Lawrence Taylor, who changed outside linebacker … Deion Sanders at cornerback … John Mackey at tight end.

Moss was a unique player when he entered the NFL. A 6-foot-4 guy who could outrun everyone on the field. Now you see a lot of players who aspire to be like Moss. Detroit’s Calvin Johnson, Houston’s Andre Johnson, San Diego’s Vincent Jackson, Miami’s Brandon Marshall, etc.

What do you think of Moss? Do you remember the highlights or some of the issues he had through the years.
