Dan says Colts news seems to open up division for Texans

Dan weighed in on the Colts signing Kerry Collins. He said that the recent issues in Indianapolis open the door wide open for the Houston Texans. The Colts already had some issues — they were only 10-6 last season. The Jaguars are stuck around .500. And the Titans have a new coach and quarterback, and star Chris Johnson is holding out.
