Christian Ponder talks about starting his first game in the NFL
Minnesota Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder joined the show to talk about his first game in the NFL.
Ponder said his teammate accused him of having “crazy eyes” when he took the ball from his first touchdown.
Ponder talked about his respect for Aaron Rodgers. He said that he’s the best quarterback in the NFL.
Ponder said that he has no idea to slide. He said he did it once at Florida State and got yelled at. He said he did it before he got to the line of scrimmage.
Ponder had a lot of praise for Donovan McNabb. “He’s handled it very well,” Ponder said.
Ponder said he thinks he’s the starter for the rest of the year.
