Ryan Braun says Kemp deserved MVP consideration, and comments on Fielder’s future
Milwaukee Brewers slugger and National League MVP Ryan Braun joined the show to talk about his great season and more.
Dan asked Braun who he would vote for. “I told Matt Kemp he would have had my vote,” Braun said. Braun said that he’s friend with Kemp and they texted back and forth.
Braun said his first call after winning the MVP was his parents. He said one of the early calls was Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who is a close friend.
Braun commented on free agent Prince Fielder. “I hope he stays with us,” Braun said. “The reality of the situation is that it’s pretty unlikely.”
Braun said he’s in Malibu now and Reggie Miller is a close neighbor. Dan and Ryan discussed how he can run into Pam Anderson on the beach.
