Harold Reynolds thinks Marlins will trade Hanley Ramirez; Angels most likely to get Albert Pujols
MLB Network’s Harold Reynolds joined the show to talk about the winter meetings and weigh in on all the big moves.
Reynolds said that he understands arguments that Albert Pujols won’t be worth his contract in 10 years when he’s 41. But Reynolds said over the live of the contract, the figue is “still lower than [Ryan] Howard, Mark Teixeira and Adrian Gonzalez.”
Reynolds thinks that the Angels are the front-runner for Pujols, and they can put him at DH at the end of that contract.
Reynolds thinks the Marlins have another big move on the way. He doesn’t think Hanley Ramirez will play third. HR said they’re going to traded him. Interestingly, Reynolds thinks Ramirez is the franchise player here.
