Warren Sapp says Big Ben should sit, 49ers have formula to win
NFL Network analyst Warren Sapp joined the show to talk about the big storylines around the league.
Sapp doesn’t think that the Steelers should play Ben Roethlisberger should play the rest of the regular season. Sapp said the coach makes the decision, but the player in some situations can make it clear he shouldn’t be on the field.
Dan asked Sapp his MVP. He said Aaron Rodgers, and he’d give Offensive Player of the Year to Drew Brees.
Sapp said “T-Sizzle” was his front-runner for Defensive Player of the Year, but he struggled lately. Now he’s not sure.
Dan asked Sapp who is the best team in the NFL. “For my money, San Fran,” Sapp said. Sapp thinks they have the formula, run the ball, play defense.
