Albert Breer thinks Colts will take Andrew Luck; Fisher will land in St. Louis
NFL Network analyst Albert Breer joined the show to talk about the big stories around the league.
Breer said that the Colts face a very tough decision, but eventually will go with Andrew Luck. “It’s a tough, tough call, but you have to go with the 22-year-old quarterback,” Breer said.
Breer also weighed in on the Minnesota Vikings’ quarterback situation. He said that new GM Rick Spielman took Ponder and would support him. But Breer thinks it’d be different if they had the No. 1 overall pick, it’d be a different story.
Breer said Jeff Fisher actually really wanted the Chicago Bears job. But he thinks he’ll land with the St. Louis Rams, because he has ties to the connection and he wants to join a team with an established quarterback.
Breer said that the Rams still could end up moving to Los Angeles, which would fit with Fisher, who’s a Southern California guy.
