Ravens’ Ray Rice puts loss to Pats in perspective, says he expects to return to Ravens

Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice joined the show to talk about their loss to the Patriots in the AFC title game.

“That feeling, going into the offseason, the kind of guy I am, is going to drive me,” Rice said. “We just came short of one goal. I feel like we have a great team.”

Rice said he has a lot of respect for the Patriots and that the final score is indicative of how close the talent level is between those two teams. Rice refused to get depressed. He said that he has a lot of football left and expects to get back there.

Dan asked Rice if he planned to be in Baltimore next season. “I’m almost positive I’m not going anywhere,” Rice said. “Whether I get franchised or not, I’ll be in Baltimore.”
